Subscribing to MRPdata.com is a simple process that involves the following steps:
- Reviewing MRPdata.com's Terms of Service (click here to view)
- Completing and submitting the electronic Registration Form below
- News Canada Inc.'s representatives will confirm your billing and contact information and then issue you
your user id and password
Data
News Canada has established relationships with key organizations so that its data can become part of the MRPdata.com standard.
- Web/URL data is supplied by comScore Media Metrix, Canada
- Broadcast data (TV/Radio) is supplied by BBM
- English Community Newspaper data is supplied by Combase
- French Community Newspaper data is supplied by Hebdos
- National Daily Newspaper data is supplied by NadBank
- National Magazine data is supplied by PMB
- Trade Magazine and Web/URL data is supplemented by News Canada
The CPRS Measurement Committee has worked with News Canada to establish a fair and equitable pricing scheme that
ensures the MRPdata.com Web Site will be available to all PR practitioners. As a member benefit, members of both
CPRS and IABC Canada will receive a 10% discount off the posted prices below. Final invoicing or charges are subject to
News Canada verifying your membership status.

Note: You may only access MRPdata.com through one IP address, being the IP address of your organization. If you wish to access MRPdata.com through any other IP address, you may only do so upon written consent of News Canada and the payment of additional or premium subscription fees to News Canada.
iBinder / Portal Pricing
In addition to your MRP Membership, you also have the option to subscribe to iBinder. With iBinder, you can upload your clips, evaluate them on your MRP report and produce a clipping book (or iBinder). You can
also give your clients or stakeholders access to view the media coverage and their MRP reports, online - realtime. Pricing for iBinder is based on the number clients or portal you
will be uploading clips for. There is no restriction on the amount of storage and you can leave them on MRP for as long as you wish. Please check
the Terms of Service options to ensure you have met the legal requirements of uploading clips.

Subscription Plans
Fees charged for subscription plans or options are nonrefundable and due within 90 days of
registering. Also, within thirty (30) days of expiry of your subscription, News Canada will automatically renew
your subscription for the same time period and charge your payment method. You may however, notify
News Canada at any time prior to the expiry of your subscription that you will not be renewing your subscription.
Your Payment Responsibilities
You must select a payment method to pay for your subscription. You must give News Canada accurate billing and payment information and keep this information up-to-date through the "My Account" area
on MRPdata.com Web Site. You agree to pay News Canada for all charges incurred under your account, including all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges. You authorize News Canada to charge your designated payment method for
these charges. If News Canada does not receive payment from your designated payment method, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by News Canada or its operators.
You must notify News Canada's customer service about any billing problems or discrepancies within 90 days after they first appear on your Account statement. If you do not bring them to News Canada's attention
within 90 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
Your Other Responsibilities and Restrictions
You are responsible for all activity made by you or anyone you allow to use your MRPdata.com account, including
your family or friends. You agree to keep confidential the passwords associated with your account. You agree
to indemnify and hold harmless News Canada for losses incurred by News Canada or another party due to someone else using
your account or password as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to keep your account information
confidential or as a result of your failure to use reasonable care while using MRPdata.com.
You may access the MRPdata.com Web Site only through the interfaces and protocols provided or authorized by
NC. You agree that you will not access MRPdata.com Web Site through unauthorized means, such as
unlicensed user id's. Only those users for which you have purchased licenses may only
access the MRPdata.com Web Site, and no other users within your organization.
